How Tampu works.

Each rooftop hosts a multispecies, no irrigation planting derived from Sony CSL Synecoculture research. The system is a dense polyculture tuned to one of three Lima microclimates: Costa, Andina, or Selva. A trained steward dedicates roughly two hours a week to harvest, observation, and incremental species addition.

Yield grows non linearly with canopy maturity. Year one produces roughly seventy percent of year two. Tampu always quotes the conservative figure first.

Each week the steward uploads a single photo from the dashboard. Saphi Intelligence runs species identification, computes a biodiversity delta, estimates canopy health, and reconciles against the harvest declared by the matched restaurant.

The verification record is immutable and timestamped. Earnings post within forty eight hours of the next collection.

Rooftop production for direct restaurant supply sits under the DIGESA framework for short food chains. Each steward provides a municipal authorisation at onboarding. SUNARP cadastral verification is performed manually in the pilot and will move to API in phase two.

Where authorisation is pending, the parcel card on the public map shows the verification state openly. Tampu does not obscure uncertainty.

The operating tenant is Tampu SAC, a Peruvian société under Saphi International Holding Corp, structured the same way Store 1 is structured for SAMA Barranco. Settlement to stewards is in soles via a local rail. The protocol fee is stated on every payout.

There are no tokens, no NFTs, and no synthetic instruments. URC, the civic accounting unit used by alerta.earth, does not exist on Tampu. The settlement currency is the sol. The asset is the harvest.

Tampu is also not lifestyle content. The product is a verified short food chain with a price, a grade, and a delivery window.
